Would you rather die in up 100 year from now like everyone else or die in 5 billion by the red giant?

I have to say that knowing you'd die by the red giant AKA super nova, would one painful way to die and i would extremely be scared by the time that was just about came, but I value life so much until then. I would wanna live that long ( 5 billion years), even knowing the end would be painful for that mil a second. To be able to experience life for 5 billion years would be nice or even better, forever. Not to mention the possibility of new technology by then to where we could even go to new plant and avoid the super nova.
