Average price for interior car painting?

I have a 1966 Chevy II Nova 4 door that i am rebuilding with my father. the interior of the car is being reapolstered so we were wondering how much it would cost to repaint it the same color. the person we bought the car from said he knew some one who would do it for $1500 is this a good deal or not?
