My teacher is leaving my grade to chance what do I do?

We are doing this simulation abou homesteading, and it is pretty fun, but you see, we have to get our grade based on howuch profit we made, which meand you have to get double how much you started with to get a 100%. this seems completely unfair because all the money we get is based on dice and cards, instead of basing our grade on how well we participate and how hood we followed directions. What should I do, I confronted her about it and all she had to say was " Well, that's homesteading for ya!".
