The cage looks fine! But you will have to upgrade cages sooner or later. I have 2 teddy bear hamsters and I already upgraded one of them 3 times(: And a silent or loud wheel doesn't matter just make sure its not a wire one. Their toes can get caught in it and pull their toes off.
