Anyone else considering homesteading in alaska?

Anyone else considering moving to an off the road portion of remote alaska and taking up homesteading? Alaska is in my opinion definitely the best place to homestead due to abundance of wild game, remoteness, abundant clean water sources, fairly cheap land, timber, other people doing the same type of thing even though not alot, etc. I'd love to chat about your ideas and plans.
