What could i do with a bachelors of education and can i combine that major with pre-med easily?

I want to get either a bachelors in education, biology, philosophy, sociology, or psychology and do pre-med... would it be easy to do that and should I take the pre-med courses at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA CC) or should I take those at University of Virginia (UVA) when I transfer I'm worried about the quality of the pre-med courses if I take them at a community college...I want a bachelors where i can pay off college debt and NOT starve to death ... Thanks!!!
