Does anyone know if the army stabilizes or homestead for austim?

we have a son with autism, does anyone know if we can stabilize b/c of his condition? i know the air force has something similar, but does the army? we want the best for our son, but all the pcs-ing and deployments are destroying him...any answers out there?
