How can a 13 year old earn money?

I'm trying to save up for a trip to Nashville. My parents of course are paying for the trip but I want to buy some souvenirs. Also, Nashville has a really good mall, so I want to buy some stuff there. Anyway, my goal is to get about $100.00 by about a month. I'm not old enough to get a job, one more year until I'm allowed to. I can't mow lawns, babysit, have a garage sale, get a lemonade stand, make jewelry, or sell stuff online: my Mom said no to all of those. I know this is tricky but are there some ways that I can earn money? I do get an allowance of $10 per week for doing chores around the house, so I have that going, but I want to be able to earn a little more on my own. Any suggestions?

Buying a house, how does that affect my tax returns?

I am a first time homebuyer and am very confused on the process. I was wondering how buying a home affects my tax returns. Right now I am getting a $3,000 return from being a student and working full time. I am claiming 0. I am wondering if by buying a house if I would have to start paying in to my tax return? I live in FL so I can get the homestead exemption, but I have no idea what that even means. Can someone be so kind as to explain the process to me. Thank you!

Where to contact Canadian immigration for refunds ?

I applied for Canadian immigration under Skilled Class Migrant program about 8 months ago. Immigration form + fees of CAD 1250 (me, spouse and a kid) payorder send to the Nova Scotia, Sydney, CA after two months i received a CIO Approval for proceeding my immigration application further.. but due to some family probs i didnt take it further and withdraw my case. now this all was happen with the help of a consultant. I just wanted to know if i can get my fees which was given to Canadian Government for immigration purpose. I am not really sure where to contact for this .. any help is appreciated. thanks a lot.

Why can't Americans admit that we are already and have always been a Socialist Country ?

The problem as I see it.. is that we have taken our social safety nets.. socialism light if you will, and transformed this marginal socialism into corporate socialism.. Where profits are privatized and losses are socialized. It's a form of socialism that no longer responds to the needs of the people, and the visceral result is increasing deficits to support corporate gambling, of which our tax dollars must cover. That is what people see, and is what have them up in arms.. they just haven't made the connection yet from their wallet - to the government - and then to Wall-street - and then to a board room in Ryad, Beijing, or Dubai. Some have made the connection, but they attack the middleman - the government - rather than attacking the multinational corporation pulling the government's strings.
